I do not know how this happened, but I know have a lock screen on my phone that I must put a password in to unlock the phone.
I did install a microsoft exchange email on my phone and this is the only thing installed since this issue.
Is there any way to get rid of this screen. I have turned off everything that I can see in the settings menu pertaining to lock screen, passwords
without a fix. Please any suggestions.

thanks

You can probably get rid of it by removing your exchange account. I'm assuming this is a corporate account? One of the features of Exchange Active Sync lets exchange administrators set security policies for your device. They do this so that if you lose your phone, someone can't just pick it up and start reading your corporate email and all the proprietary information that might be there. I'm kind of surprised your company didn't tell you up front about their policy, but that's not Samsung's or Microsoft's fault.

In all honesty, I'd run a pin or password lock even if my company didn't force me to. I don't want some stranger reading my personal email, calendar, and other stored data if I lose my phone.

BTW, the Exchange security policies also let your company do a remote wipe of your phone if you lose it.

I work for a company that I don't have to worry about those issues. I figured I could remove the account , BUT it will not let me delete it!
Thats where I am stuck.
