Lock Screen (Password) Scroll Bar weird?

Is anyone else seeing a scroll bar pop up on the screen for the "password" lock screen option?

I just now noticed is that it seems to appear and disappear as it is trying to fit more stuff on the screen about the field to type in the "password" i.e.: "Please Enter Password" "Charged" - it readjust and then the scroll bar disappears - seems like the stock keyboard may be too big.
