Lock screen problem

I'm not even particularly sure how to describe the issue so I'll just use screenshots.

Usually my lockscreen looks as it should, but sometimes... well, that happens. Anyone ever seen or heard of something similar happening and/or know what the cause may be?

It's been happening since I installed JB and did a factory reset.
