Lock screen question

I noticed since the new ICS update rolled out...the ring is pretty awesome I will say..but how can you change the icons?...and you can't set a password if you are using the ring..I find that to be silly...anyone have an answer to my questions?..any sort of feedback is appreciated..thank you!!!..

How can I eliminate the lock ring screen? I use Unlock with WiFi and want to do straight to the home scrren without having to use the unlock ring. I had this set before the ICS upgrade but can't find how to replicate that now. THANKS!

You can go to Settings-->Security and set it to none. When you turn on the screen it will go straight to your homescreen.

How can you change the 4 app options with that lock screen?

You can disable the apps that are in the lock ring and it will search for a similar apps to put in its place. For ex: if you have GoSMS loaded and you disable the stock text app, the GoSMS icon will replace it in the ring.

Yes. If you go to the settings>personalize>lock screen there will be a settings button in that screen. Selecting that lets you change the apps on the lock screen to any app on your phone.

EDIT: Sorry I think I may have misunderstood. You can't add anymore than four apps there. So you would have to change the default apps to open different ones.
