Lock screen question

Hi everyone. Just moved to tmobile and picked up a note 5. Loving the phone but agrivsred with the tmobile info on the lcokscreen. It's simply a bar and it's supposed to display number of calls, texts, and data used, but somehow I've changed it to be hidden and can't figure out what I did or how to get rid of it all together. Can anyone point me in the wrong direction?

To disable it, settings > applications > applications manager then clear cache and disable.

Or you can keep it enabled and open app, click on 3 dots in upper right, choose options and then unchecked everything
