Lock screen that shows the pattern immediately without swipe.

[Android Central Question]

Is there an alternative lockscreen that shows the unlock pattern immediately upon lighting the screen? The lockscreen on my Samsung Note 10 Lite, and the Samsung A50 I had before it, would require these steps to unlock:
1. Double tap screen to wake the device.
2. A swipe up to show the pattern dots.
3. Enter the pattern.

My old Samsung Note 3 had a much better experience:
1. Double tap screen to wake the device.
2. Enter the pattern.

I don't mind paying for an app, but I do prefer open source (as opposed to just free) apps.

Are you using biometric with pattern?
I dont recommend pattern as some have encountered lockouts and had to factory reset to get back in .

Thank you for the warning. I am not using biometric. I would appreciate links to the issue with the pattern lockouts as I've been using the pattern for years without issue. I will try the biometric on this Note 10 Lite device, though my previous experience on lesser hardware has been poor.

In any case, I find that the Samsung Note 3 had the perfect lockscreen for these two features:
* Displays unlock pattern immediately
* Select contacts can be dialed without unlocking the phone

I still have that device. Can the lockscreen APK be taken from that device and used on the Note 10 Lite?

Orthogonal to the issue of Samsung phones having a bug in not recognizing the lock pattern, are there and alternative lockscreens that display the lock pattern on device wake, without requiring a swipe? Are there any lockscreens that can display contacts for quick dialing without requiring unlocking?

Display contacts , No not with today's Andriod security.
Have you tried just pattern without biometric?

Thank you. I found that if I add a contact to the In Case of Emergency category then I can add it to the lockscreen emergency contacts and dial it without unlocking.

Not ideal but if it works that way for you great on adding contacts to emergency lock screen.

Still same the pattern without biometric , maybe look at google smart lock?
