Lock screen timeout

My lock screen times out after about 3 seconds. I can't find any setting to fix this. I've been into the lock screen settings and the display settings. I have an S22 Ultra and running Android 13 One UI 5.1. Thanks for any suggestions.

It's in Secure Lock Settings.

That's to lock when the screen turns off. Not actually how long the lock screen stays on for. I had that set at 15 seconds. My lock screen turns off after about 3.

Thanks. Just tried turning power saving off and it still turns off after 3 seconds

Just tried it and yes. Lock screen goes black after 3 seconds.

I've certainly seen this issue mentioned before, but the main cause I recall seeing was a power-saving mode. My A32 5G times out after about 6 seconds, so it's definitely not a typical Android 13/One UI 5 feature.

Do you have a smartcover case on?

Go to Settings>Advanced>Motions and Gestures -- is "Keep screen on while viewing" turned on?

No just an ordinary hard case.

Turning the keep screen on while viewing has helped. I was trying to correct it as I'm having issues when I tap to pay due when the screen turns off and I try and tap it stuffs up the eftpos machine.

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Advanced settings>Time to take action

Set this to your preferred duration. Lock screen activation will stay on longer now.

i have my set to default and it turns off in 6 seconds
