lock screen timer settings

Just a query please, I have poor co-ordination with my hands so I was wondering is there a way to adjust the lock screen timer similar to display screen, but obliviously different.

Hi Danny,
Not really sure on what your asking specifically but you access the clock, timer, alarms etc by swiping up from the bottom whilst on the lock screen.

If you need more than that maybe some sort of third party lock screen widget.

Thanks for trying to help I will try to explain further
I was wanting to lengthen the time delay when i first turn my phone on,
the phone will shut down within five seconds,
unless i swipe my phone
so i was wanting to know is there any way to lengthen the time delay from five seconds to a longer period of time.

I've had a good look through the settings and can't find anything to adjust the screen dimming time. Mine is probably closer to 10 seconds weirdly.
Have you got the latest software update yet that let's you use Face Unlock? Sound's like it would be really beneficial to you

Ah ok with it now. If you go to display settings and into sleep and set the time how you wish.

Thanks for the help, gee if mine was 10 seconds well that would be okay I have had a look at the updates and I am still on version 6, aus must be a bit lagging but you are right the face unlocks maybe the answer

Fingers crossed you get it soon. Meant to say it also adds 'Raise To Wake' feature which may help further. I use that along with Face Unlock and it's been awesome since

The sleep setting adjusts the screen on time and shutdown after inactivity.
