How the heck do you change the lock screen wallpaper on this phone. The option is in all the logical places on my s7e but I don't see it all on my Marshmellowed Note 5. I imagine I'm overlooking something that should be obvious but I just don't see it in any of the wallpaper settings.

Settings/display/wallpaper. Use selector at Top left of screen to pick from all, home, or lockscreen

Oddly enough on my Note 5 lockscreen is not there as an option. It is on my s7e, but not on my Note 5. I'm not rooted or anything like that. Weird.

Did you go into the display option under settings and another area under settings would be security I can't remember because it's one of those things where I just do it when I have it I don't think about it LOL I no longer have the Note 5

Long press somewhere on your home screen,
Wallpaper selection will be on the bottom left of the corresponding menu. Once the wallpaper menu is selected, you can select which screen you would like to alter by selecting the drop down menu in the upper left corner.
Also any image in you gallery, can be set a your wallpaper by selecting the image and then select the drop down menu in the upper right corner.

I just don't see the option anywhere, I'll dig around and see if I can find the setting that's affecting it. Aaah, I've missed the fun and challenges of Android.

I finally figured it out. It must be Nova. Once I set TouchWiz home as my default launcher I am able to access the native Samsung photos app and set the lockscreen wallpaper from there. Good 'ole Nova.

Thx all.

I had been using phone zoo for the longest time until they quit offering ringtone/wallpaper/notifications. Been using zedge for awhile now
