Locked out

My wife has locked herself out of her LG G2. Not sure what she has done. How do we unlock it. Don't have any original PIN numbers etc. Please help she's tearing her hair out

Go to the Android Device Manager website https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager and log on using your wife's gmail account info.

If it finds her phone, click Lock and then follow the directions to set a new password on the phone.

So long as her phone is powered on and has an active cellular or Wi-Fi connection, it should work.
