Locking screen during call

Does anyone know of any way to "lock" the main screen during a phone call? My wife's S5 screen changes to a clock or other application while she is talking on the phone. I believe her cheek may be hitting the screen. The sensitivity setting is down. I am trying to find a setting to lock the screen while on the phone. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think I have seen you around; welcome to the forums.
I click the power button once. That should work.

I would like to lock my screen while on a call. When talking, putting the phone up to my ear hits buttons and sometimes hangs up. Have tried hitting the power button once and that ends the call.
