Locks up with camera

Does anyone else have an issue when they launch the stock camera, the phone will lock up for a short time. Then either it will work or an error message comes up about the camera has crashed.

No camera issues here. You might want to try a battery pull or factory reset. If the problem persists, then you should exchange the phone or return it.

I have tried both a factory reset and the pull. I guess next step would be to AT&t. The weird thing is it only happens if I launch it from the edge panel, not from the main page.

My Note Edge Camera is acting up now. It keeps crashing with Server error and sometime BLACK Screen. I am 2 days past the 14 day exchange period and both ATT and Samsung both are pain to deal with

Samsung want my phone to be shipped for repair. They are saying it might take up to 10 days !!!

ATT screwed me loyally with their 14 day Buyer Remorse policy. They say the 14 day period starts the day they ship their their Phone !!! Isn't it supposed to be the day you receive it ???

No luck wit the store as well . Completely disappointed with Samsung support !! I am coming from Apple and used to get the phone fixed when i walk in to the store. Samsung is horrible !! No more Samsung for me.

So I took my phone to the Samsung Store inside Best Buy, found out there is a fault with some of the camera modules. I was directed to an AT&T warranty. Went there and was told they have none in stock. I was told to call customer service. I did and was told they have none in the warranty department. Since I am still within my 14 days I could return it and get a new one. They told me to take it to my local store and they would just swap it out for me. I explained that none of the stores in St.Louis have the phone. So they said I can ship it back to them and once they receive the phone, they would ship me another phone. So that makes about 7-10 days without a phone. The guy also said since warranty department does not have my phone, they would have to send me the next generation device that replaced mine. I laughed and asked if he knows the products they sell.
