OK so I just picked this up today, is there anyway to lenghthen the amount of time before I need to enter a pin to unlock the phone?

I know the HTC one my could be set to intervals, I cannot find that option anywhere on this phone.

Go into the lock screen settings; the bottom two options are the ones you need to change. First, uncheck "lock instantly with power key" at the very bottom. Then, right above that, set your desired delay time. Should work (it did on my phone at least).
