I would like to know if there is any way of allowing my device to log into the "Public WiFi" I already have saved in my device here in the UK?

A public WiFi doesn't need logging in - that's why it's called a public WiFi. Just connect to it. Go to your WiFi page and tap it.

Which public wi-fi network are you talking about? Is it the kind that's completely open and doesn't require you to go to a login page to accept terms and conditions?

I have the passwords entered into perhaps 50 locations I frequent and for most, but not all, of them my devices connect automatically when I'm in range. For some reason I don't understand, a few require me to enter the password again. I use WiFi in other locations for my two Kindles, my chromebook, and my cell phone.

I normally do my cell phone first and enter the information, including the password, in my Contacts. Then I can log on with a Kindle or my laptop without requesting a password again.

A few locations have a login page which is often, usually, more trouble than it's worth. If I want coffee I tend to go somewhere else.

Yes, B. Diddy

I noticed that I have to open the connections each time for certain public connectors that on other devices would login as if I were on a private connection.
There is only one of two connections that automatically connect, and not having the option to fully control these is frustrating.
The private connections are fine.
