Well for T-Mobile at least, the device is now in carrier testing so hopefully soon we can expect the update. I'd say early next month.

I just checked the T Mobile website, it still says manufacturer development. so no advancement yet. very frustrating as it is one of the last phones to get the update on tmobile.

The timeline graphic can be misleading. There is another box below the timeline that reports the update is still in "Manufacturer Development."

Well the timeline graphic has at least changed on the surface but in any case the update should've been here already. I'm switching to Apple for this very reason plus the OEMs have the option not to include certain aspects of the update like the Camera2 API which I really hate. If Sony included the Camera2 API as a bonus for the delay I'll probably hang on to the Z3 up into my birthday next year. If not, I'm definitely not expecting any more updates for the Z3 since T-Mobile discontinued it. I did see the other graphic but I refuse to believe it at this point.lol

Telus here sent me an email to my question of how long stating that they are working on it, but it doesn't appear to be happening in the immediate future. Lovely!

Yeah, I'm with Telus as well and I just saw on Facebook that they still claim end of April. So we shall see in a couple weeks what happens.

That's B.S!! Sony is junk and weak that's why they pulled the plug always in stock.. HTC LG SAMSUNG ETC limited and best sellers also sony will run worse on lollipop you will see i ditch my z3 HTC is the way to go!! I work at the mobile is know all the insides if you click every phone on there only sony don't have why?? Weak and was not a hot seller so we pulled the plug and sony is a crap flagship that doesn't belong to android os sony will never get lollipop only if there is a z4 later this year but the mobile highly won't carry it!! Only factory unlocked sony can get lollipop I've seen it on a unlocked z3 and was a nightmare

Nothing from wind in Ontario yet...I keep checking my update centre, going to break the refresh button I think. Can't wait to give lollipop a try on the Z3, love this phone so far...possibly the best I've had in a long time. So patiently waiting for the update, I'm hoping by the end of the day tomorrow, or first thing Monday morning.

You're entitled to your opinion but don't force it on other people, good for you for switching to HTC I hope they can stand up to your stringent standards, but I see you jumping ship there too as soon as something doesn't suit your fancy. Most don't buy a Sony phone because they want a quick update. If they did, they would have bought a nexus or GPE device.

HTC has been always my choice and sony z3 was my first to try but to me it's like a iPhone junk face it sony sucks and your updates are not coming don't be a hermit get a real device

On Sunday I was at a wind store and the guy said lollipop was coming soon. No date just soon. So he must have heard about the tentative April date too.

Woke up this morning and had the lollipop update from Wind in Ontario. So far I am loving lollipop, no issues so far.
