Lollipop OTA for Nexus 4 Now Rolling out!!!!

From reading these post sounds like I should wait! Got it downloaded yesterday but didn't have time to install it. Now I don't know where to find it anyway.

i'm also facing the same problem , its been almost 12 hrs and the animation logo is still spinning....i'm stuck not sure what to do.

My phone is jacked. Freezes constantly and have to reboot. Update has essentially rendered phone unusable. Thank you google.

Got my update yesterday around 3:45 PM (East Coast) . The animation logo did take longer (close to 5 mins) and then it went away. After installing I did wipe all data and restored it back, this time it took even longer to move out of the animation logo.

The update has made the phone very smooth. No issues so far.

A first step if you are actually interested in trying to resolve this is to boot into recovery and clear cache.

I waited for 2 hours. I got tired of waiting and I did a factory reset. After the factory reset, it will boot directly into 5.0 Lollipop. However, you will lose all of your data.
1) Turn off your phone
2) Hold Power & Down
3) Select Recovery Mode
4) Hold Power, then press up
5) Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset"

It runs perfectly. It just sucks to lose all of my data; ie: my contacts, pictures, etc.

I know right. Aren't all of your contacts tied to your Gmail. I have already backed up my photos.

Long wait this, I know a few who have got it.

No Lollipop here, either. I did two hard resets Friday to try to fix a screen problem, and despite what the Google tech said, it loaded 4.4.4 instead of 5.0.

I started the installation last night when prompted, then left the phone. I noticed it had been on the spinning dots animation for well over an hour, so assumed something must be wrong and restarted it. Now whenever I restart it goes back to the animation. I left it alone for 7 hours while I slept, and it's still on the same animation.

Is there something I'm supposed to do, or just wait? I know I should be patience but I need my phone!

I need help with this as well...anyone know where I can find the file?

After the file downloaded, I select the install option and it takes me into TWRP rexorvery mode. And then I select install again and I can't find the file. Help :-(
