LOLLIPOP UPDATE error - Can't connect to camera.

CAMERA ERROR..

after updated to lollipop most of the time camera is not working. it says "can't connect to the camera". how to slove this ? everytime i wanted to restart my phone before using the camera. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

I haven't tested this in a while but something I noticed early on with 5.0:

If you use the new Flashlight from the dropdown shade (or any flashlight app?) and let it time out so that it shuts itself off, then you will not be able to use the Camera app until you reboot the phone (a Nexus 6 in this case).

The problem is usually resolved after a factory reset and doing a Wipe cache partition.
This step is vital and recommended once you have updated to Lollipop coming from Kitkat.
