Lollipop Update

I have the Note 3 and Yesterday I updated my phone I really don't like the colors or the features added, my incoming calls flash won't stop flashing until I cut my phone completely off, my Facebook closes while in use, I feel like my phone looks a lot like the galaxy 5s is there anyway I could reverse this update, I'm ready to get a new phone its like night and day.

You can't reverse an update, but you can probably flash 4.4.2 back to it. See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN and look on SamMobile Firmwares for the 4.4.2 file for your model Note 3. (You'll have to create a free account to download it.) Then you'll probably want to root the phone, so it won't update (at least until there's something worth updating to - IMO, LolliFlop isn't it).
