I am still running KitKat on my Verizon S5. I want to delay installing Lollipop until the next version is released. I would appreciate if you can tell me the current version of Lollipop and whenit was released by Verizon

Both of the Lollipop, "clone", versions issued by Verizon, OA8 and OC4, are actually the same and based on a very very, early Samsung Lollipop build from Nov/Dec 2014 and are both on changelist #3846539.. For more details see #1.6 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

I believe at least one of those is not for a Verizon phone. Would appreciate a response from someone who actually has Lollipop installed on their Verizon phone

Both are indeed, Verizon firmwares. See, Samsung Updates Latest Firmware - LIVE!

Not sure if this answers your question but I got the 5.0 in April and I HATE IT!!! Don't bother switching until they fix these bugs. This is the WORST OS. I've never had problems with any other OS, upgrade, anything until Lollipop. My phone crashes on a regular basis, even the Samsung apps are buggy, don't work, crash. I HOPE they have a fix coming soon!
