Long press/double tap of home key not working on the Samsung Galaxy S4

Hi,

In regards to the home key on my Samsung Galaxy S4, the long press does not lead to active app manager nor does the double tap lead to S Voice instead the home key functions like the back key. Pressing it only leads to going back on an app. Kindly advise as to how I can restore the Home keys original functionality.

Sounds like a hardware issue, have you changed any settings?
