I see the same thing, on the same phone. Usually email apps doing it...9 Folders and Typeapp. Definitely not adware. You can clean the cache on the v30 and it doesn't help. Seems like a display bug. I just live with it.

Oh, you can clear the system cache partition on the V30? I recall there was maybe one or two LG models where it was possible (and I think maybe only on certain carriers), but in general, they don't let you.
