Looking at used Android phones for $200 or less - which has best camera???

Camera question for you all. I'm in the market for a used unlocked GSM Android phone in the $200 price range, and my #1 consideration is the camera.
My prior phones have been LG G2 (best camera I've ever used), Sony Xperia Z3 Compact (lots of megapixels but nowhere near as good as good as the LG!), Motorola Droid Razr M (sucky camera), and HTC Droid Incredible 4G (another outstanding camera). So given my price point, any suggestions?

LG G3? HTC One M8 ? Nexus 5? Asus Zenfone 2?

(No iPhones, as I'm sure someone would suggest that lol).

I would say the g3,though I have seen it new for $200 recently
