Looking for a good Thrive/Phoenix Busybox installer?

This came up in the Walkthrough I did for Gingerbreaking and figured it need its own thread.

If anyone out there has a known good installer or method for getting busybox on their Phoenix/Thrive please let us know. Also please let us know what rooting method you used (Gingerbreak, z4root, etc...).
