Looking for a Powerbank/External Battery to Fast Charge this Phone

I have yet to find a Powerbank that fast chargers this phone
I upgraded from the regular Edge and bought these 2 Powerbanks that worked fine with the phone in regards to Fast Charge but does not Fast Charge the Edge Plus.

yup thats the same boat im in. charges at regular speed but that regular speed can take up to 5 hours
vs Fast Charge. Useless based on my pace.

Yes it does not Fast Charge the Edge Plus.
Fast Charged my regular Edge but not the Edge Plus

Thats what I thought. I was quite surprised. I even used the USB cord that came with the Edge Plus and it still didn't work.
I went out of town this past weekend using my the gps on my phone and used my powerbank all weekend and it barely charged the phone rather holding a steady charge on the battery percentage it was on while i was using the gps. It literally takes 3+ hours to fully charge a low Edge Plus battery without fast charge.

I can't get fast charge on either. Only with my OEM power cord wall charger. Weird

did u factory reset ur phone before using it out of the box? I know it sounds a bit obvious but I had a lot of niggling bugs with mine out of the box. A few days later I reset and all those bugs had gone. Your issue could well be one of these glitches.

I've had the phone going on a month. Never did a factory reset before. May try that after I back everything up

I would always factory reset my phone out of the box (after updating it ofc), otherwise I have found they DO contain bugs. I've tried this on every phone I've had and I ended up wiping them all after a few days of use.
Let us know how u get on and if this solves your issue.

Did a factory reset. Still no luck.
I am completely lost at what the issue could be
