Looking for a Transit App that will...

Hey everyone! I'm just wondering if such an app exists lol...

I'm looking for something like Google Maps, where I can save a large area, but have all the transit stops for that area saved. And then able to click on said bus stop, and see the stop number so I would be able to text the bus stop to find out what time it arrives!
