Looking for 'Always on Display' & 'Notifications' app(s)

Using Samsung Galaxy A13. I need a way to keep a clock active on the lock screen (a viable 'Always on Display' app). EDIT: not the lock screen, the black 'sleep' screen

Plus I want something that will notify me when I have a missed call or text or whatever. I find it incredibly annoying that Samsung got rid of the handy little notification light they had on the older phones.

Go to settings and search up "always on display". You will see options. I don't know what the always on display options look like, but I'll give you more details soon.

I'm not sure if it's in the same place in all versions if the OS used be Samsung, but on mine (One UI 4.1, Android 12), it's under "Settings" > "Lock Screen" > "Always On Display".

I know you said "not the lock screen", but the settings for "always on" is under that section of Settings.
