Looking for App

I'm looking for My Tire app by namStudio
Its no longer available on the Play store.

Does anyone know where i can get my hands on the APK for it.
I use it for work purposes and recently had my phone sent in for hardware repair which removed all my apps and they didn't get backed up by Kies.
