Android Central Question

Long story Short I found proof that the man I had been dating had put spyware on my phone that could track my location, and take screenshots of my phone being used on my end remotely from his own device, and record my phone calls as well. Already reported to Police and they downloaded the suspected phone. Have it back in my possession, left in airplane mode and looking for suspicious files or possible proof. Digging through files revealed that the option to allow unknown sources to install had been checked in my security options, as well as a lot of seemingly random German Text in system's trusted credentials (ex. 2005 turktrust bilgi lletisim ve bilisim guvenligi hizmetleri a.s.)
Im not tech savvy by nature, but this has caused me to begin researching everything on my phone. If anyone has any guidance on things that are normal to be on the smasung phone, things that would not be, and things i should specifically look out for, id really like the guidance. There is a lot of suspicious stuff ive found already but it would be a lot to explain so we will start from here.
Thank you folks.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean the police "downloaded the suspected phone"?

Turning on Unknown Sources is something many people do, and might not have realized it. Any time you try to install anything that isn't from the Play Store (including the Amazon Appstore), you have to turn on Unknown Sources. That in itself isn't suspicious.
