Looking For Screen Protector That Leaves No Smudges Like The 1 I Own For My Touch?

I just put the ghost armor on last night and it is perfect. It is very smooth and clear. So far I am not getting any smudges or fingerprints.

I ordered myself the ZAGG Invisible Shield Full Body Protector from CheapDroids.com a few days ago along with some other stuff, I paid like $12.95 for it. I've had pretty good success installing these type of protectors in the past so hopefully I should have no problem installing this one as well.

The Power Support Anti-Glare Film that I use for my Apple Touch went on Very easy, Almost to easy, I really like that protector. When i installed it, I kind of lined it up like the Video Suggested and dropped it on. It pretty much went on bubble free and sucked itself to the screen.

I installed the Skinomi product on my Incredible last night... The information advises that it will take a few days for the imperfections, streaks and micro-bubbles to disappear, but i'm looking for some real-world experience here. What is reasonable? How long should i wait for it to clear?

I installed my Skinomi Saturday night, and there is still some weird haze (microbubbles) underneath. At this point, I don't think it will go away. I'll probably end up getting the BSE when it is available, since I'm not too happy with the appearance of the skinomi.

I have the Zagg IS on mine, but I will replace it once SGPStore starts shipping theirs. I prefer the crystal clear is perfect for my daily needs. Yes it shows the smudges but the trade off is worth it when you don't get the orange peel effect from other protection. They will offer an anti-glare/anti-fingerprint but I still get the crystal clear.

I just installed the PhantomSkinz screen protector and its crystal clear and leaves no smudges

Did you get the standard or anti-glare version?

I'm waiting on delivery of the standard. The Zagg had a bit more resistance than the bare screen that I did not like.

I got the Matte finish for my phone by Phantom Skinz. its TERRIBLE! you can barely see thru the covering! I figured for the screen part it was going to be clear and then the matte would be for the rest of the phone but no its matte all the way around. Very stupid.

I returned that **** promptly.

I ordered a ghost armor instead for my INC. I had it on my droid and so far out of Zagg and Phantom Skinz and Ghost armor, Ghost armor is the best.

That's not good. My Skinomi came in today. I hope the bubbles clear up. If not, I may be going with the BSE too.

BTW, what's a BSE?

Bestskinsever.com

I had one of those on my Blackberry curve for two years. They're inexpensive, but the incredible one is still listed as "coming soon".

I think most people are looking for good anti-glare and less finger smudges. That's what I want anyways ;)

OMG,... Guess What, You Wont Believe This But,...

I just received an email right Now from CheapDroids.com about the ZAGG Invisible Shield Full Body Protector that I ordered from CheapDroids.com and they are Telling me that there was a Mistake on their Website and the Price $12.95 that I Paid to them was for a Different Product. They are telling me that the $12.95 Price is actually for the ZAGG Invisible Shield Protector and NOT the Full Body version.

They Want $23.95 for the actual ZAGG Invisible Shield Full Body Protector and my options are as follows:

1. Pay an Extra $11 to them to get the Full Body Kind.
2. Get the Actual Frontal Screen Protector Only.
3. Get a Complete Refund on my order altogether.

And to tell you the Truth,... I'm Kinda Pissed Off Right Now about this Whole Thing. Plus I dont Even See the $12.95 ZAGG Frontal Screen Protector on their Website For Sale...

I dont want to finally get my order and then find out I'm getting some POS Screen Protector and Not the ZAGG Model if you know what I mean.

I dont know if I would even need the Back of the Droid protected due to the fact I'm getting a Rubberized Case for it also so I probably dont need the Full Body Mode.

I dont know what to do right now.

I think I'll go for the $12.95 Frontal Protector but I'm going to reply to them first and get a Confirmation that the $12.95 Model is in Fact a ZAGG's and Not Some Other Jerk Off Model that I'd be getting.

So I just Wanted Everyone to know that I was getting Kind Of Screwed about this Screen Protector and I couldnt find anything on their Website saying that they are not accounted for MisPrints and Typo's and that Kind of thing.

SO,... BUYER BEWARE WHEN BUYING PRODUCTS FROM CheapDroids.com

So now that I have that off my chest,... I need to reply to their email and let them know how I feel about it.

Thanks For Listening.

Same. Installed mine Sunday night. Still have some "microbubbles". Theres also some weird vertical lines. Both are barely visible though, Im not sure I care enough to take it off.

I do have to concede that mine has improved over the past day and a half. It's actually looking decent enough to leave it alone.

Installed Skinomi Monday night around 9:30... I was meticulous as far as finger prints and lint, etc. It hasn't even been 48 hrs yet, so i'm trying to be patient...but i see no improvement yet. The haziness is there, microbubbles....its a shame too because it certainly doesn't get as smudgy but if this doesn't improve by the weekend its coming off and getting replaced.

What are your other suggestions? How long have you had to wait for this to clear up on yours?

Mine was installed Saturday. All day Sunday, it looked like carp. Monday wasn't much better. Yesterday, it started improving, and today it looks pretty good.

My biggest gripe was that, unlike the BSE, this one gave me no wiggle time once it touched the screen, so it is slightly off to the right enough that an edge of it is up on the right "lip". I'm lucky I was as close to centered as I was. The BSE had plenty of time to move it around and get it spot on before leaving it alone to set into place.

Also, the Skinomi doesn't tell you in the directions something they post in their FAQ online (which I found after the fact). You can remove it up to 2 hours (I think that was the amount of time) and start over. But they don't tell you that in the directions...alas :(

You sure it was wet enough? I could slide mine around a little to align it right when I installed it.
