Motorola said that they will not release an Motorola 360 in 2017. 2nd Gen is the last for now.

No point in releasing a new smart watch when 2.0 has been delayed.

The real reason is there is not allot of money in smart watches. It's a niche product. Motorola and others hoped that would change but it hasn't so far. I think companies should go on a every other year cycle

I think is great at the moment because Motorola can focus on the 2nd generation 360 and 360 sport with support and new OS updates.
