Looks like the front camera has bad flare

What do you guys think? I don't remember seeing this on any of the phones I had in the past

Not sure if the camera was having a hard time focusing on both of us

Do you still have the pre-installed screen protector on? Are there any smudges over the camera?

I do and there are no smudges. This doesn't happen all the time

Hmmmmm.... mine is supposed to arrive today. I’ll be interested to see if I can replicate your issue. I’m hoping it’s not a “thing” as I ordered the S10+ specifically for the camera. I’m chaperoning my daughter’s band trip to Disneyland and wanted an upgrade on my Note 8. I’ll be switching to the Note 10 when it comes out.

Oh please let me know. I haven't been able to do a complete test but it appears when I try doing portrait mode with two people in certain conditions maybe light shining down?

I saw video on YouTube that might help. Go to scene optimizer> starburst and turn that off. Let me know if that works
