AI features and Gemini i don't care for , just gimmick stuff, so not interested, and there's 90% people don't care for this gimmick, just my thoughts.

I'm with you! I wish all this AI wasn't being ramrodded down our throats! I don't care for it either ... I use Google Assistant for the basics - to set reminders, timers and occasionally send a text. I keep trying Gemini and always go back to GA as Gemini often fails to send texts (especially when the phone screen is off). I don't need conversational boohockey or anything else like that. (I really miss location based reminders ... If we can bring that back I'd be stoked!)

I see potential in this on phones but as long as they don't charge for it, the other problem is if you don't want it the manufacturers are so Invested that it's pre installed on the devices.
