Loose casing

Does anyone have an issue where there is a flex or pop around the edges of the casing when you grab it? I exchanged my Tbolt it was happening by the charging port, now my second bolt a week later happening on the right side about 2/3s of the way down. Never dropped it or did anything. Makes like a clicking noise when you grab it. I am thinking about getting this one exchanged too but I am out of my 2 weeks and am not sure if it is worth it getting a refurbished one for this issue. I just worry it will get worse over time.

Is it the front casing or the battery door area?

Well I notice that the bottom case on mine is slightly popping out. It's the plastic at the edge, right at the bottom of the search button

The front casing, what goes around the screen. Seems to have come out of nowhere, earlier today nothing, then I picked it up off my table and it started doing it.
