Loose SPen on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, what should I do?

loose spen on samsung galaxy note 5

Hi, i hv just accidentaly shake my note 5 quite strong and my spen just pops out without even clicking. Then i tried it again and it also pops put whenever i tried moving the note 5 downwards quickly. Does your note 5 also hv the same problem?

Welcome to the forums!

No that isn't an issue for me or anyone I've heard of. If you just got the phone, I would see about returning it or if you have a Samsung store on your area, going by there. If you don't want to do either of those, you can try and order a new spen from Amazon and see if it is the spen or the phone.

Have you tried shaking it? see if it really just stays there or if it pops out. anyway thanks for the advice, i will go to samsung store tomorrow.

Yeah, I gave it a very hard shake.
