Losing signal after new rom

I installed this rom ([ROM][4.1.2] █║ Axis (SDS) ?`?._ AxisM RLS21 ? Evolve. - xda-developers) and I followed the instructions listed but now I'm losing signal constantly for I'm guessing around 30 seconds. I'm on ziggy kernal. What should I do?

I have noticed signal quality going down after I downloaded several ROMs. Aside from downloading a different Modem, which I don't think will really work, I don't know what else to do or suggest.

Why don't you try a different rom? I've been using ParanoidKangdroid for months, with no problems, and you get 4.2.2. Check it out.
