Losing Weather channel saved locations after reboot

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy Note 4. After I reboot my phone, I lose all my saved locations on my weather channel app. As far as I can tell, I don't lose any other data. Any ideas ?

It does have the option to log in. This happens with me as well (despite logging in, of course).

I use weather bug and this happens to me too. I live in Sacramento, CA and when I reboot the phone it thinks I'm in Nevada. But once I open the weather bug app it'll find my location and update it.
