Just wanted to share what I learned this week.
After the last two VoLTE updates (25B and 26A), certain phone numbers had no audio on their end. The call would connect just fine, I could hear the person perfectly, but they couldn't hear me. My son's phone and a restaurant at which I tried to make a reservation earlier this week exhibited this issue. The issue was 100% repeatable, and I never had such an issue in my first year of ownership with my G2.
So, a call to VZW got bumped up to "2nd Tier" Tech Support and there the technician turned-off my phone connection on the network and reestablished it while my phone was turned off. When I reconnected, all was well, and has remained so.
