"Loss of Network"

My RAZR M has been suffering from this error, in places it used not to.
I don't understand whether it is a network issue or a phone issue.
Western Washington State.
Happening before and after 4.1.2 update. Id rather not Factory reset. The phone is completing tasks faster, than before the update.
Any one else notice this?

I've been seeing that too. I was wondering if it had to do with certain apps being set to WiFi only. I haven't looked into it yet
