Lost contacts on my Blu Dash 5.0 dual SIM card smartphone

Blu Dash 5.0 dual-sim Android smartphone lost my phone contacts every mouth like I got a couple months ago I backed everything up cuz I got a new smartphone I know it's all backed up in Google I just need to know how to retrieve it back thanks

Welcome to Android Central! How did you back your contacts up in Google? The way to back them up is to either to save them initially to your Google account (in which case they automatically sync to your Google Contacts in the cloud), or, if you initially saved them to the local Phone account, then you would have had to use the Export option to export them to a .vcf file, then import them to your Google Contacts. The general system backup feature doesn't automatically back up your Phone account contacts to your Google account.

Go to contacts.google.com on your computer browser -- are your contacts there?
