Lost my imei numbers of Lenovo k5 note on installing custom ROM.

I accidentally installed a custom rom on my Lenovo vibe k5 note(Dont know about it). It isnt a root(doesnt show super-user permission)... Now i lost my both imei numbers and cant use any of the other sim other than the old one i was using before and some apps. Is there anything we can do to get the imei numbers back???

My imei numbers now show 0. I noticed it recently when I tried to change my old sim, I couldn't. Tried resetting the phone and hard reset. nothing is working.

If you didn't back up the IMEI you will need to go to a service centre.

Hey i have got the same problem here with my lenovo vibe k5 note
I have lost both the imei numbers .

Bro go to factory reset option...by combo of keys...volume up nd power....then there will be Chinese language....but in that there is some English word...Emc or something like that....so click on it....it will reboot....and IMEI number is set......Cheers

Yes, Do factory reset. U will get. I m also faced this issue. I did and got imei..
