Lost my shutter sound

So, I took a picture the other day and there was no shutter sound. I also don't have the sound when I tap the screen to focus. I'm not sure how I lost it or how to get it back. My media volume is up and I checked /system/media/audio/ui and camera_click.ogg was there. I'm rooted but the only thing I've done is moved myself up to 4.0.4. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Yep. Still nothing.

I've rooted and updated my brother's phone to 4.0.4 the same way I did mine. His is working fine so I'm not sure why my shutter sound doesn't work. I'm not seeing a difference. Any help, please?
