Lost Notification Tone

[Android Central Question]

My S10 apparently had a default notification sound for Messenger. I liked it and wanted to use it for text messages as well. In trying to find it, I accidentally changed it and now I can't find it again. I know where the ringtones and notifications are and tried each one, but the one that was originally the default tone for Messenger is nowhere to be found... can I get it back? If so, how?
