Lost OTG and PC Connection

Just tried to use a OTG cable with my 810 that I KNOW has worked before and nothing happens now. So i tried to plug tablet into a pc, nothing there either ? Charges just fine but I've seem to have lost OTG and pc connections. I have factory restored, twice now. Help !

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried other cables? It could be a problem with the cable or the microUSB port itself.

Sure have. They all work and HAVE worked before with this and other tablets. Seems like just the DATA line might be bad because it charges just fine

That can certainly happen. See if you can clean the microUSB port's contacts with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. Or use a can of compressed air to blow it out.

Loosing one line of the 4 or 5 is very rare i think.

Why would you think that? Maybe there's some residue of something on one particular contact. Maybe a contact shorted out. It can go the other way as well, where a device will transmit data, but not charge.
