Lost Samsung Program Monitor on Galaxy S2 after yesterday's update.

After yesterdays update to my Galaxy S2 I no longer have the program monitor widget.
When I attempted to add the widget to a screen it was not there to add.
Anyone know what happened and how I can get it back?
