I have a T-Mobile S6 Edge, when I play any media with sound and the phone does ANYTHING else while sound is being played I get a loud distorted interference type sound. I can be playing music through an app, or local file, or watching a video with sound. Even if it's me locking the screen or rotating the screen it happens, also it doesn't matter if it's headphones, the phone's physical speaker, or a Bluetooth speaker it always happens. Very disruptive and loud, the kind of sound a transformer makes in the movies lol. It's awful. Any help?

No it hasn't always been this way. Maybe the last couple months at most. Also, it didn't seem to be doing when listening to local files, only through apps such as Pandora, YouTube, and videos on Facebook.

I stated in safe mode and watched sine videos on my Facebook feed, everything was fine. So what does that mean? How does this help me? Is it an app or something? Gotta mean is not hardware related, right? Thanks again!

If things work ok in Safe Mode, then something you installed is probably causing the problem. Reboot into normal mode, then start uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away. It's tedious, I know, but I don't think there's any easy way to pinpoint the problem.
