Love the phone, hate the bend!

I'm now on my 3rd Sony Z3 for T-Mobile. I absolutely love the battery life, the screen, and the slimness. I also love IP68 rating as it has saved me on plenty of occasions. However this is the 3rd phone bend in the frame around the power and volume buttons.

The first was exchanged as soon as I noticed it, after having it for only 2 weeks. The second was replaced due to battery degradation. Now this is my 3rd Z3. I have taken special care to not place it in my jeans pocket or stress the frame at all. Today I noticed the same bend around the exact same spot. There is definitely a defect in the design of this model and they should be addressed in the next iteration.

No bend but I keep having other problems. It seems to be picky about recognizing headphones and I get a screen burnout dot on the bottom left of the screen. I already had one Z3 do it and now my second is only a month old and its developing a burnout in the exact same spot.
