I used to have 300M free at any given time and now I average 80-100 even after killing apps.

Do you see anything using a lot of memory under Menu, Settings, Applications, Running services? Have you tried a power down and battery pull for a few minutes (to reset things)? Otherwise, may need to consider a master (factory) reset...

All fixed. I removed Trustpro and a few other apps. I also disabled VZW location services. I turned off the phone for an hour and when I turned it back on it was back to it's old self.

Once ICS is released I think I am going to root this phone. I hate having all those crappy apps that can't be removed.

I noticed the same thing. Already have VZW location services turned off. I normally don't check my memory too closely, but it seems like there's alot of things taking up memory, even after reboot. Maybe I'll try the shut down for 1 hour thing, as I really don't care to do a factory reset.

I don't think having it off for an hour did anything. I think it was removing Trustgo and a few apps, followed by shutting it down that did the trick. Seems like the phone wouldn't know the difference between being shut down 5 minutes and an hour or longer.

That makes sense. Now that you mention it, I just installed Trustgo too. Hmmm, may have to dump that and go back to avast.
