low memory error on web browser

When does that error come up? When you're trying to download something?

I have rooted my phone & I've already uninstalled all unnecessary app from system & other using app & games I always moved on my 32gb memory card ...so my internal storage not to be full right .... but than also m getting this issue whenever the web site is heavy it shows low memory error on right top of & browser get off..

I've never seen warning messages occur there. Is it associated with slow performance or lagging?

Do you have any Developer Options on? Check Settings>Developer Options​, and see if anything is turned on.

U can see on that pic which I have sent u in that on right top on clock ...& yes m having developer option but there nothing is on everything is off..

Whenever I try to load heavy web sides it shows low memory error & browser get closed....

When you get the Low Memory warning, immediately go to Settings>Storage and Settings>Apps>Running, and show us screenshots of both.

Your phone only has 512 MB of RAM, so that does put the system at risk for running low on RAM for open apps. I see a little broom icon at the upper left--do you have some kind of RAM booster/cleaner app running? Those apps can sometimes be counterproductive. I used to use All-In-One Toolbox until I noticed that whenever I ran it, it showed my RAM to be about 90% occupied, but when it wasn't running and I checked the RAM usage in the system menu, it was more like 70%.
