"low on volume space" error

I cannot get rid of this freaking message. I get SD card space is getting low and internal storage space is getting low. After I clear them I almost immediately more in their places. I have space left on both, though not a ton. I want to be able to have my storage and use it too... Even after I deleted a bunch and I have some space it will not go away....

How much do you consider as "still have some left"?

It's a pain, but may want to FDR it.
