low quality audio from built in speaker

hello. i had lg g4 and audio was very good. then i upgraded to lg g5 and audio was little most poor, now with lg v20 the audio quality is very poor, without bass frequence at all..... i know it's impossible have perfect audio but this phone is very bad quality from lg g5. is it for all users or it's a problem of my phone?

I find the speaker quality to be quite serviceable and clear for my liking. Noticeably improved over the V10.

There are equalizer apps that can boost bass. Try that to see if it helps. The V20 only has 1 speaker. It should have 2 speakers and hopefully the V30 will. You may have a blockage from that 1 speaker (lint, dust). Try clearing it with a can of air that you use to clean a computer keyboard.

There was a tutorial on YouTube to remove the speaker grill to get better sound quality. I think it sounds good to me already, actually much more satisfactory than the S7 and S8 speaker (which has the water resistant seal so it sounds terrible).
